orum just got into loyola law school...YEAH!
he was in new orleans for the enitre month of june attending an admissions program, and all his hard work paid off. he was in the top 10 percent of his class and made it in for fall, so we're moving in 2 weeks.
the kids are excited to move, well renee is and elijah just follows her lead. she only has a few requests 1.that we live in a pink house--suprisingly, there are plenty of those 2. we go to the aquarium and 3. go to the zoo. i'm sure we can handle the last two with no problems, but we're not quite sure about the first one!

We will be in new orleans so not too far from home! Only about 5 hours, so much closer than provo! and Rachel-you have no idea how deep the pink obsession runs! Don't worry your day is not far away!
I am happy for Orum. But Uuuugggghhh! We are such great crafting buddies. Who else can I text when I complete 6 new layouts (like I did last night and today) and they are just as excited as I am ?!! I have had a neighbor over for the past two days too, and we have been going to TOWN in my cottage! I mean, there is actually some semblance of organization. That means it is almost ready for little crafty nights and get togethers. Although I will have a newborn, my "PLAN" is to start art night back. I haven't had those since Ellie was born, but me and about 3 girls would get together every night and do something artsy. I like doing it in the fall because we made several of our Christmas presents. Maybe you could come up once a week?! Melanie

I'm so glad you found us!! Your kids are adorable!! The last time we saw you, Renee was just a baby! It looks like things are going well for your family! Good luck with the move.
