SMOCKED DRESSES! There's {almost} nothing sweeter than a baby girl in her smocked dress and big bow--with ruffly mary janes, of course! Hazel decided to walk herself into church last week, but not without taking time out for a little practice stepping up and down on the curb. She chose the lowest part--smart girl!
